Professional dancer and former “Dancing With the Stars” contestant Cheryl Burke has revealed she has lost over 40 pounds while still enjoying her favorite treats.

At her heaviest, she weighed around 150 pounds but now weighs approximately 109 pounds. She emphasizes that her current focus is how she feels rather than the scale. Burke described her energy as being on a “whole different level” since her weight loss.

Despite shedding pounds, Burke still indulges in candy, including licorice, and isn’t trying to shed any more weight. She follows a balanced diet facilitated by a meal delivery service called Z.E.N., which she likens to having a personal chef. Her daily meals include oatmeal with fruit, snacks like pita chips with hummus, and salads for lunch, emphasizing real, satisfying food rather than dieting fare.

Burke admits she was previously an emotional eater, often craving fast food and eating late. Now, she has rerouted her habits, creating more balance in her diet with the help of her meal plan. She has since lost her cravings for fast food altogether and no longer remembers the last time she ate fast food during her transformation.

In addition to her dietary changes, she multitasks as part of her wellness routine. She walks her dog daily and works out on a treadmill, even editing her content while exercising—highlighting her commitment to an active lifestyle.
