Man United & Man City Stars Celebrate Drake’s UK Tour Before Premier League Kickoff
Manchester United and Manchester City Players Attend Drake’s UK Concert as Premier League Season Approaches
The upcoming Premier League season is less than a week away, but players from Manchester United and Manchester City are still making the most of their summer evenings.
Recently, stars from the two rival clubs were spotted attending the final UK show of Drake’s “Some Special Shows 4 U” tour at the Co-op Live arena in Manchester. The event saw Manchester United’s new signing Bryan Mbeumo, accompanied by captain Bruno Fernandes, and fellow players Kobbie Mainoo, Manuel Ugarte, Joshua Zirkzee, Leny Yoro, Ayden Hayden, and Altay Bayindir, enjoying the concert in private boxes.
Photos shared by Saints VIP Concierge captured the group’s night out, describing it as “a night under the stars” and a pleasure to host.

Erling Haaland, along with Ruben Dias and Manuel Akanji, enjoyed the concert. The new Premier League season begins next Friday, with Liverpool hosting Bournemouth at Anfield, followed by City’s match against Wolves and United’s big clash with Arsenal on Sunday.
Both clubs have been active in the transfer window, bringing in new players: Mbeumo for Manchester United in a £71m deal from Brentford, and Sergio Rico, with United also close to signing RB Leipzig’s Benjamin Sesko. City completed early signings including Tijjani Reijnders, Rayan Ait Nouri, and others, aiming to improve after disappointing campaigns last season.

Last season proved challenging for both teams, with United finishing 15th and City ending trophyless, trailing Liverpool in the league standings. Fans now look forward to the new campaign, hoping for a stronger showing from their squads.
