Vicki Gunvalson, known from “The Real Housewives of Orange County,” revealed that she and Brandi Glanville from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” both fell ill after their trip to Morocco in January 2023. Gunvalson claimed that both women contracted a mysterious parasite during their stay, which has caused health issues for them.

Gunvalson shared on a SiriusXM show that Glanville is experiencing significant pain due to a large, mobile parasite that can even enter her mouth. She expressed confidence that they both picked up the parasite in Morocco, explaining, “We all got sick when we went to Morocco.”

The reality star detailed her symptoms, including a bloated stomach, fatigue, and sluggishness, and noted that she has been undergoing colonics three times a week as part of her treatment. She also mentioned taking Ivermectin twice a month to kill the parasites, and wearing medicines like Duralax and Metamucil to manage her gastrointestinal issues.

Glanville has been outspoken about her ongoing health nightmares, including a facial parasite that has disfigured her features. She revealed she has spent over six figures on treatments and recently had to revisit the hospital for emergency care when her head and neck became immobile for hours.

Although the episodes of the trip have not aired due to an on-camera incident, Gunvalson maintains her symptoms persist, claiming that her digestive system is severely affected, with difficulty in having bowel movements.
