Teacher Sued for Skipping Credit Card Bills Amid ‘Scream’ Mask Gangbang Allegations

Teacher Known for ‘Scream’ Mask Allegedly Involved in Crime and Debt Issues

The controversy surrounding Brittany Fortinberry, a teacher notorious for wearing a ‘Scream’ mask, has deepened. She has been incarcerated since her arrest in February on numerous serious charges, including 41 felonies related to sex crimes against minors.

Adding to her troubles, Fortinberry has been sued by Synchrony Bank for failing to pay over $2,125 in credit card debt accumulated since 2021. The bank filed the lawsuit in Indiana, accusing her of defaulting on payments and not settling the owed amount despite demands.

Given her current imprisonment—she has been held without posting a $1 million bond for the past five months—her failure to pay her credit obligations is perhaps understandable. The situation underscores the many struggles she faces amid ongoing legal challenges.

Previously reported allegations include instances of sexual misconduct involving minors, with reports claiming she asked children to participate in sexual acts while wearing masks from the ‘Scream’ movies.
