Lisa Vanderpump Responds to Scheana Shay’s Accusation of Exploitation

Lisa Vanderpump firmly rejected claims made by Scheana Shay, who accused her of using her for fame and financial advantage. Vanderpump dismissed the allegation as “bulls–t” and stated she’s indifferent to Scheana’s accusations.

She commented to a paparazzo that her focus was on more significant issues, particularly expressing her concern over the passing of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne. Vanderpump emphasized that her priorities are what truly matter, not the claims against her.

During a promotional tour for her new book “My Good Side,” Scheana Shay, who appeared on “Vanderpump Rules” for 11 seasons, accused Vanderpump of using her personal pain to build her television empire.

Shay revealed in her book that Vanderpump was aware of her past relationship with Eddie Cibrian, who was married at the time, yet she claimed Vanderpump pretended ignorance on the show. Shay accused Vanderpump of gaslighting her for a decade instead of addressing the truth directly.

Shay also shared that her relationship with Vanderpump worsened after she stopped following her instructions, indicating a significant shift in their dynamic. She further accused Cibrian of lying and cheating, describing him as the true homewrecker.

Shay recounted an incident from season 6 of “VPR,” where Vanderpump told her to speak up in support of a staff member. Shay felt Vanderpump was watching her closely, urging her to stick to the script, which she interpreted as pressure.

She also asserted her innocence regarding her affair with Cibrian, emphasizing that he was the one who lied and cheated, portraying him as the true homewrecker.
