Cause of Death Revealed for Rosalie Roche, Cousin of Princes William and Harry

Rosie Roche, a 20-year-old student, tragically passed away due to a traumatic head injury, as confirmed by the Wiltshire and Swindon coroner.

Her body was discovered at her home on July 14 by her mother and sister, with a firearm found nearby. Authorities have classified her death as non-suspicious and no third-party involvement has been suspected.

Prior to her death, Rosie was preparing for a trip with friends. She was a student at Durham University studying English Literature, and her colleagues and family have expressed deep sorrow over her loss.

Rosie was part of a notable family—with her father, Hugh Roche, being the grandson of Princess Diana’s uncle. Her obituary described her as a cherished daughter and sister, noting her creativity, love for books, poetry, and travel.

Her educational institution released a statement mourning her absence, describing her as a vibrant individual who had settled well into university life and was well-loved by peers for her energy and talents.
