Riley Green Opens Up About Balancing Fame and Personal Life

Riley Green Admits He Is Still A Terrible Boyfriend, Thanks To His Career

Despite ongoing rumors about his romantic life, singer Riley Green candidly admits that his demanding career has made him a less-than-ideal boyfriend. He explains, “I don’t think I’ve improved much in that area. With the busy touring schedule and songwriting commitments, it’s tough to find time for anything else. Maybe someday, I’ll settle down and have more than just a dog.”

While Green isn’t currently dating publicly, he appreciates the public’s interest, especially with artist Ella Langley. They’ve collaborated on two hit songs, “You Look Like You Love Me” and “Don’t Mind If I Do.”

Green acknowledges that fans often speculate about his personal relationships, noting, “People tend to romanticize duos like Tim and Faith or Johnny and June. Since Ella and I have successful collaborations, fans might think there’s something more between us. I understand that, but I’m just proud of our musical achievements.”

Green values his successful music career but admits it comes with sacrifices. The attention has made him more conscious of his privacy, prompting a move to a more secluded area with larger land to enjoy a quieter life. “It’s not my favorite part of the industry,” he reveals. “I miss being an average guy, but it’s a small price to pay for the opportunities I have.”

He even shaved his mustache for some anonymity, sharing, “Now I can walk around and be recognized less easily.”
