Dershowitz: Feds Should Trade Deal with Ghislaine Maxwell for Epstein Info

Alan Dershowitz Advocates for a Deal to Release Ghislaine Maxwell in Exchange for Epstein Secrets

Renowned attorney Alan Dershowitz has urged federal authorities to negotiate with Ghislaine Maxwell, proposing her early release from prison in exchange for her revealing sensitive information about Jeffrey Epstein’s activities.

Appearing on “TMZ Live,” Dershowitz discussed his efforts to advocate for Maxwell’s freedom. She is currently serving time after being convicted of helping Epstein abuse and exploit minors over a decade. Maxwell, once Epstein’s romantic partner and accomplice, holds comprehensive knowledge of Epstein’s dealings, according to Dershowitz.

Having previously represented Epstein, Dershowitz asserts that Epstein’s claimed lack of a “client list” with powerful contacts should not shield those involved. He believes Maxwell could testify before Congress to identify Epstein’s associates and clarify allegations, potentially revealing truths that have been obscured.

Dershowitz emphasizes that Maxwell is likely willing to cooperate if given an early release, and she could help clarify who was falsely accused in the case. Despite her efforts to seek a presidential pardon, the White House has indicated that such a move is unlikely.

The attorney suggests that Maxwell’s cooperation could be instrumental in uncovering the full scope of Epstein’s network and might provide crucial insights into high-profile individuals tied to the scandal.
