Trump’s Failed Attempt to Hide Epstein Files

Lawmakers Question Donald Trump’s Handling of Epstein Files

Donald Trump appears to be hiding crucial information related to the Epstein case, and members of Congress are skeptical of his efforts to distract from the issue.

During a segment on MSNBC, Representative Pramila Jayapal (D-WA) criticized Trump’s directive to Attorney General Pam Bondi, urging the release of grand jury testimony connected to Epstein, calling it a superficial move.

Rep. Jayapal remarked, “This sudden burst of defensiveness from Trump suggests he’s concealing something. Calling for the release of grand jury testimony is just a small part of the broader problem.

She explained that the legal process involved is complex and slow, with many documents undergoing redactions to protect privacy. According to her, Attorney General Bondi’s letter states that names and other sensitive information will be concealed, and additional files like photographs, videos, and testimonies are unlikely to be made public.
