Kim Zolciak Shows Off Fit Physique After Sharing Plastic Surgery Details

Kim Zolciak recently shared a mirror selfie in a black bikini, revealing her toned figure after openly discussing her various cosmetic procedures.

In the selfie, she captioned, “Suit on… on the way out the door to get a little sun,” depicting a natural look with no makeup, glasses, and her hair in a messy bun.

During a recent appearance on a television show, she detailed her cosmetic history, including multiple breast surgeries, a tummy tuck, lip filler, Botox treatments, neck surgery for a herniated disc, and Ultherapy skin tightening for her jaw. She also mentioned receiving filler in her ears to support heavy earrings.

She pointed out that her recent skin issues stem from her divorce proceedings and a 10-pound weight loss, which she says affected her small frame. She noted that she previously underwent contouring surgery that failed to meet expectations, claiming it had the opposite effect of tightening her skin.

Kim admitted that her loose skin was partly due to her recent separation from Kroy Biermann and her modest weight loss efforts. Despite some criticism over her cosmetic choices, she voiced pride in her decisions, stating, “I sacrificed my body for six incredible humans, so I did a mommy makeover.”

“Just because you’re a mom doesn’t mean you need to let yourself go,” she added, emphasizing her belief in self-care and acceptance. Her mother’s advice about fixing features that bother her when she was young influences her approach to her daughters’ appearances.
