Trump Allegedly Spilled on Elon Musk’s Dr:u:g Use Before Feud Goes Public
Allegations of Elon Musk’s Drug Use Spotlighted by Former Trump Aide
Political author Michael Wolff has claimed that former President Donald Trump leaked details about Elon Musk’s alleged drug consumption. During a podcast, Wolff said Trump confided to a friend that he had tipped off The New York Times about Musk’s drug use, which reportedly included ketamine, psychedelics, Adderall, and ecstasy.
According to Wolff, Trump actively discussed Musk’s behavior, even suggesting in calls that Musk was “crazy” and claiming he disclosed Musk’s drug use to the press, stating, “Actually, we dropped a dime to The New York Times… on Elon’s drug taking.” The author noted that Trump often inquired about Musk’s mental state, implying knowledge of his drug use.
Musk’s Past Transparency and Denials
Elon Musk previously acknowledged using ketamine in a 2024 interview, admitting he took a small dose biweekly as treatment for mood issues, emphasizing the importance of moderation for productivity. However, Musk explicitly denied using drugs during Trump’s campaign, condemning the allegations as false. He took to social media to clarify, stating, “I am NOT taking dr𝖚gs! The New York Times was lying. I tried prescription ketamine a few years ago and haven’t used it since.”
