In a video on Instagram, Lambert said, “Hey y’all. I just want to say how devastated we are about the floods in South and Central Texas. Words can hardly express the loss so many are suffering.” The singer and animal lover revealed her commitment to help through her MuttNation Foundation, a non-profit she co-founded with her mother in 2009.

She explained, “MuttNation is working closely with Kerrville Pets Alive to identify the needs of pets and their owners impacted by the storm.” The foundation is partnering with local organizations to provide aid to displaced animals and families. Lambert urged her followers to join efforts in supporting victims and pets by donating or praying for those affected.

According to reports, heavy rain on July 4 caused catastrophic flooding in parts of Central Texas, especially Kerr County and near the Guadalupe River. As of July 5, the death toll had reached 43, including 15 children. Supporters can donate to the MuttNation Foundation through their official website to assist in relief efforts.
