The festivities kicked off with a cocktail reception on June 26, where guests arrived by water taxi. The main wedding ceremony subsequently took place at San Giorgio Maggiore, also accessible via boat. The final day featured a relaxed, pyjama-themed celebration headlined by performances from Usher and DJ Cassidy at the Arsenale, again reached by water taxis from the guests’ hotels.

Several prominent celebrities attended, including Mick Jagger, Oprah Winfrey, Leonardo DiCaprio, Jessica Alba, Bill Gates, and members of the Kardashian family. Notably, Kris Jenner suggested that Lauren Sanchez invite her daughters Kylie, Kendall, and Khloé Kardashian to strengthen ties, as the bride had limited familiarity with the others.

The wedding was a lavish affair, costing approximately $50 million. Following the ceremony, a relaxed and festive celebration took place at the Arsenale, featuring a pyjama-themed party with notable performances, all accessible by boat from various luxury hotels.

Lauren Sanchez and Jeff Bezos, who began dating in 2019 after both ending previous relationships, tied the knot after a lavish engagement on Bezos’ $500 million superyacht in May 2023.
