PSG Should Fear Chelsea’s Dominance in Club World Cup Final, Says Levi Colwill
Levi Colwill: Chelsea Should Be Wary of PSG in the Club World Cup Final
Levi Colwill believes that Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) should be cautious of Chelsea ahead of their upcoming Club World Cup final, which will be held in New Jersey. Despite acknowledging Chelsea as underdogs, Colwill emphasizes that the team possesses dangerous attackers who can pose a threat.
One such player is Cole Palmer, who has been featured prominently in advertisements around New York with the slogan “Scary Good,” highlighting his threatening presence on the pitch. Colwill expressed confidence in his team’s ability, stating, “When you play for Chelsea, you’re not scared to face anyone. We’re excited and believe we can win. We didn’t come this far just to participate—we want to lift the trophy.”
Chelsea secured their semi-final victory with a 2-0 win over Fluminense, while PSG defeated Real Madrid 4-0 to reach the final. Colwill noted that PSG is a different team from Real Madrid or Inter Milan, teams Chelsea previously beat convincingly in the tournament. “We bring a unique style and confidence to the game,” he said. “We’re different players, and we believe we can win.”
