Girl Killed in Illegal Fireworks Display

An 8-year-old girl lost her life after an illegal fireworks event in Buena Park went tragically wrong. The display, set up in a street by a homeowner, malfunctioned and misfired toward her, causing fatal injuries. Responding officers found the girl being carried into a residence with critical injuries characteristic of an explosion.
