Having made a significant impact at Inter Miami since his arrival in 2023 — netting 52 goals and providing 25 assists in 64 appearances — Messi’s current contract is set to expire at the end of 2025. While Miami is eager to extend his stay, indications suggest he might consider a new challenge abroad.
According to reports, including those from a French sports outlet, the possibility of Messi joining the Saudi Pro League is on the table. Back in 2023, after leaving Paris Saint-Germain, Messi was linked with several Middle Eastern options, turning down a record $400 million per year offer from Al-Hilal, who instead signed Neymar.
