Football Community Mourns the Loss of Diogo Jota and Brother After Tragic Accident

Jota was known not only for his football skills but also for his passion for gaming. He famously won a FIFA tournament in 2020 and even founded his own eSports team, Luna Galaxy. His dedication to eSports demonstrated his love for video gaming, where he ranked first in the FIFA 21 Champions Leaderboard in 2021.

The players and members of the football community gathered at a wake in Gondomar, with notable figures like Bernardo Silva, Diogo Dalot, and Liverpool’s chief executive Michael Edwards among the mourners. Outside Liverpool’s stadium, fans laid flowers and scarves to honor their late hero.
