The “Southern Charm” star announced she has given birth to her second child, a daughter named Teddi, her first with husband Brett Randle.

She shared the news during an Amazon Live sponsored by Graco, expressing her happiness and calling the experience “pure bliss.” Madison revealed her daughter’s name honors her late father, Ted LeCroy, who passed away in 2023, stating she hopes the name will continue to “grow.”

Madison described her pregnancy as different this time, noting she was “carrying completely differently,” and shared her excitement about her daughter’s sex during an Amazon Live in February. Despite initial hope for a son, she and Brett warmly embraced the idea of a girl, and eventually, both got “on board.”

Madison and Brett married in Mexico in November 2022. When they tied the knot, Brett became the stepfather to her son, Hudson. Madison joked that current maternity products make her first experience seem “very vintage.”

Madison previously announced her pregnancy in February, sharing her joy on Instagram. She also revealed the pregnancy results on Amazon Live, initially believing she wouldn’t have a daughter but ending up thrilled after finding out she was expecting a girl.

Her son and husband initially wanted a boy, but Madison said they eventually “got on board.” The couple started trying to conceive after Brett faced a thyroid cancer diagnosis in late 2023. Despite the scare, a subsequent medical exam showed Randle’s kidney growth was benign tissue rather than a tumor.
