US captures cannibal migrant who tried to eat his arms during deportation, says Kristi Noem
Homeland Security Official Shares Disturbing Incident Involving Migrant
Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem recounted a shocking story of a detained migrant who claimed to be a cannibal. She described how federal agents intercepted the individual during a deportation flight, where he reportedly attempted to harm himself by beginning to eat his own arms.
Noem shared this unsettling account during a visit to the “Alligator Alcatraz” deportation facility in the Everglades, alongside President Trump. She emphasized that the individual was among the most dangerous and disturbed migrants the authorities are dealing with, stating that such individuals are targeted for removal because they pose significant threats to public safety.
Noem further noted that the federal agents successfully removed the cannibal migrant from the plane and provided him with medical attention. She highlighted that encounters with such individuals demonstrate the extreme cases the immigration system faces as it seeks to manage national security threats.
In her remarks, Noem pointed out that these severe cases underline the importance of targeting the most dangerous individuals. She also mentioned that the state of Florida rapidly constructed a detention center within eight days, situated in a remote area filled with alligators and pythons, as part of efforts to facilitate mass deportation initiatives.
