Celebrity reacts to Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s lavish wedding invitation

Bethenny Frankel has publicly criticized the wedding invitation for Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez’s $50 million ceremony in Venice. Initially trying to remain diplomatic, Frankel admitted she struggled to stay quiet after seeing the invitation, which featured colorful drawings of butterflies, birds, shooting stars, feathers, and Venetian scenery such as canals and gondolas.

Frankel shared her honest opinion in a TikTok video, joking that she might need to start dating and planning her own wedding just to send out invitations that meet her standards, as she was “lost” upon seeing theirs. The invitation’s whimsical design, which she described as confusing, caused her to joke she would have to get married herself to send out a better one.

She further quipped that she’s willing to “take a couple of hits, get bruised,” all for speaking out against the stationery. Frankel plans to have her own wedding someday to make up for the confusing design of the Bezos-Sánchez invitation, announcing her intention to start dating again after seven months and teasing that her own invite will be worth the wait.

The couple exchanged vows in front of 200 guests, including many high-profile figures such as the Kardashians, Bill Gates, Leonardo DiCaprio, Oprah Winfrey, and others. Sánchez donned a long-sleeved lace gown by Dolce & Gabbana, while Bezos kept it classic with a black tuxedo. The event was marked as an extravagant Italian celebration, lasting several days.
