Joe Giudice Asks Tr:um:p for Presidential Pardon to Return to US After Deportation—Shocking Fight for Second Chance!
Joe Giudice Pleads for Presidential Pardon to Reunite with His Daughters
Joe Giudice has publicly urged President Donald Trump to grant him a presidential pardon, more than six years after he was deported from the United States. The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star, 53, shared a heartfelt message on social media, accompanied by photos of himself with his four daughters: Gia, Gabriella, Audriana, and Milania, children of his ex-wife Teresa Giudice.
Giudice, who was sentenced to 41 months in prison after pleading guilty to charges including tax evasion and fraud, was deported to Italy upon release in 2019. He currently resides in the Bahamas and remains abroad following his indictment on federal fraud charges in 2013.
In his social media plea, Joe expressed his desire to visit his children again. “I served my time and have been deported for nearly a decade. I was raised in New Jersey and am a father of four. I simply want to be able to see my daughters,” he wrote, tagging the president and his son, Donald Trump Jr.

His family responded on social media, with Teresa commenting “🙏❤️” and daughters Milania and Gia expressing their love. Joe’s plea reflects his hope for a second chance, emphasizing the importance of reconnecting with his children.
Joe and Teresa, both 53, faced federal fraud charges in 2013, leading to prison sentences and deportation for Joe. He served over three years in prison, while Teresa was incarcerated for 11 months. The couple divorced shortly after Joe’s release, with both moving on with their lives. Joe has previously expressed hope that his efforts to obtain U.S. citizenship will succeed, believing a presidential pardon could be key to reuniting with his family.
