Shocking Secrets: JFK’s Affair, Hidden Pregnancy & Scandal Revealed!
Revelations of JFK’s Personal Life and Affairs
A forthcoming book uncovers startling details about former President John F. Kennedy’s private life, including an affair with a flight attendant that allegedly resulted in an abortion.
The book, titled JFK: Public, Private, Secret, by J. Randy Taraborrelli, shares excerpts of an unpublished memoir and diaries of Joan Lundberg, the flight attendant involved in the affair. Lundberg met Kennedy in 1956 when he was a senator, despite his marriage to Jackie Kennedy.
According to Lundberg, Kennedy was charismatic yet insecure. Their relationship saw him flying her to different cities. Lundberg recounted an instance where Kennedy told her he couldn’t have the baby she was pregnant with because it would jeopardize his political career. Despite sending her money, it was stolen, and Kennedy became agitated when she later told him she was pregnant again.
Kennedy reportedly insisted Lundberg get an abortion, expressing that politics was all he knew, and he couldn’t risk fathering a child. After a confrontation with Jackie—who supposedly knew about the affair—Kennedy’s contact with Lundberg abruptly ended.
The affair’s tone shifted after the birth of Caroline Kennedy in 1957. Lundberg believed Jackie was aware of the relationship, having confronted Kennedy about it, and allegedly questioned him about his activities with Lundberg. Despite this, the affair continued for some time, with Lundberg being flown across states for secret meetings.
However, in June 1958, Kennedy expressed opposition to her keeping the pregnancy, citing political concerns. Lundberg described his anger and confusion over the situation, which led to the affair’s conclusion.
Kennedy’s personal life was filled with rumors of multiple extramarital relationships, including with Marilyn Monroe. His legacy remains controversial, overshadowed by stories of numerous affairs. The Kennedy family experienced personal tragedies, with the premature death of their son Patrick and JFK’s assassination in 1963. Jackie Kennedy passed away in 1994.
