While singing at a concert, singer LeAnn Rimes was startled when her dental bridge unexpectedly fell out mid-performance, prompting her to leave the stage abruptly.
During her rendition of “One Way Ticket,” Rimes felt something pop in her mouth and realized her front dental bridge had come loose. She recounted her reaction in an Instagram video, explaining she had to quickly secure her prosthetic teeth and return to the microphone.
She shared, “I felt something pop in my mouth, and with my history of dental surgeries, my front bridge fell out right in the middle of my song.” Panicked, she hurried to the side of the stage to fix her teeth and then resumed singing, all the while trying to keep her teeth in place, sometimes pushing them back in between lines.
The incident disrupted her performance, notably causing her to sing several words with her teeth temporarily falling in her mouth. She joked about the situation, saying, “My teeth would fall out after singing a few lines,” and humorously warned her audience, “Get ready for something to fly out. If you catch them, please return them.”
