Tr:um:p Challenges Dems to Impeach Him—You Won’t Believe What Happens Next!

President Trump Dismisses Impeachment Threats and Attacks Democrats

In a fiery statement on social media, former President Donald Trump challenged his congressional opponents to pursue a third impeachment against him, taunting them with, “So go ahead and try impeaching me again, MAKE MY DAY!” His remarks came in response to calls for impeachment over U.S. airstrikes in Iran.

Trump criticized Democratic Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, calling her “one of the ‘dumbest’ people in Congress,” and accused Democrats of being unfamiliar with winning and of opposing America’s success. He also targeted other Democratic members, such as Rep. Jasmine Crockett, labeling her a “Low IQ individual,” and Rep. Ilhan Omar, criticizing her Somali background and her complaints about the country.

Trump’s animosity was particularly focused on Ocasio-Cortez, referred to as “The Mouse,” after she condemned the President’s military actions against Iran, claiming they violated the Constitution and Congress’s war powers. Trump responded by suggesting she should be “forced” to take a cognitive test similar to the one he completed at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, which he claimed he “aced.”

Challenging Political Rivals

He also mocked reports that Ocasio-Cortez might challenge Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer in the Democratic primary, warning her to worry about her own race first: “She better start worrying about her own Primary, before she thinks about beating our Great Palestinian Senator, Cryin’ Chuck Schumer, whose career is definitely on very thin ice!”

Additional Remarks and Recent Tensions

Trump’s comments coincided with the collapse of a fragile ceasefire between Israel and Iran, which he had previously praised. He expressed frustration with both sides, telling reporters, “They don’t know what the f–k they’re doing.”
