Fat Joe Faces Allegations of Sexual Misconduct in $20 Million Lawsuit

The rapper Fat Joe has been accused of engaging in sexual activities with minors in a lawsuit filed by his former hypeman, Terrance “T.A.” Dixon. The lawsuit, seeking $20 million, claims Dixon personally witnessed Fat Joe involved with underage girls, including a 16-year-old girl from the Dominican Republic.

According to court documents, Dixon alleges that the 16-year-old performed oral sex and other sexual acts on Fat Joe in exchange for cash, clothing, and her cell phone bill payments. Dixon also states that Fat Joe flew a girl from outside the U.S., who was reportedly 15 at the time, to New York and Miami, and paid for her Brazilian Butt Lift surgeries, claiming her body was not fully developed.

The lawsuit further details that Fat Joe allegedly met a Caucasian girl overseas, who left Fat Joe and is now married to a professional athlete. Additionally, Dixon accuses Fat Joe of meeting a Latina girl at age 15, whom he was reportedly “in love with” and considered leaving his wife for, before bringing her to Florida and going on tour together. Court papers claim he rented her a condo near his residence.

Dixon, who worked closely with Fat Joe from 2006 to 2019, also accuses him of coercive labor practices, financial fraud, sexual manipulation, intimidation, and psychological coercion. He claims he was underpaid, denied songwriting credits, and was deliberately excluded from royalties.

The lawsuit names several other parties, including associates and companies linked to Fat Joe. Dixon describes himself as a lyricist and a member of his creative team during his time working with the rapper.

In response, Fat Joe’s attorney, Joe Tacopina, dismissed the accusations, claiming Dixon’s lawyer, Tyrone Blackburn, has a history of filing false cases to attract media attention and embarrass defendants. Tacopina stated that women Dixon claimed to be victims have denied any wrongdoing and some do not even know Fat Joe.

The rapper previously filed a defamation lawsuit against Dixon in May after Dixon accused him of being a pedophile on social media. Fat Joe asserted that the allegations were part of a “money grab” and that Dixon had not raised concerns during their previous collaborations or after parting ways six years ago.
