Ferrari, who has asserted that she suffers from borderline personality disorder, claimed Payet exploited her mental health, taking advantage of her vulnerability. She also reported physical mistreatment, including being pushed, stepped on, and slapped, with marks reportedly created by the use of chairs during intimacy. She emphasized these acts were part of a relationship she described as abusive and humiliating.

During police questioning, Payet admitted to having had a relationship with Ferrari but insisted all actions were consensual. Ferrari publicly expressed her desire for justice, stating that Payet used psychological manipulation to gain sexual dominance and humiliated her to prove her love. She shared recordings of distressing acts, including drinking urine and licking the floor, which she said she recorded to document her suffering.

Ferrari alleged that Payet ended their relationship in Brazil, refusing her further visits unless she paid her own expenses. Following this, she threatened to reveal his secrets if he did not respond to her within her specified timeframe. The case has sparked controversy, with Payet’s legal representative asserting that the evidence will demonstrate her actions were exercised freely and with her own will.
