The 25-year-old aspiring actress took to TikTok on Wednesday to reply to a comment that said, “Close enough. Welcome back Reese and Ryan.”
A humorous TikTok showed Ava with her mouth wide open, mouthing “no” repeatedly and shaking her head as Brubaker appeared dressed in a black turtleneck and glasses—resembling Ryan’s character, Sebastian Valmont, from the 1999 film “Cruel Intentions.”
She captioned the video with, “You guys, whaaaattt.”
She paired the TikTok with The Verve’s 1997 song “Bittersweet Symphony,” featured in her parents’ film.
Comments included, “Now I can’t unsee it,” and others finding her reaction amusing, with one saying, “This is hilarious.”

Ava confirmed her relationship with Brubaker with a cozy PDA photo shared on Instagram in December 2024, showing them in a photo booth with Brubaker kissing her cheek.
Meanwhile, ex-spouses Ryan and Reese met in 1997, married in 1999, and divorced in 2008. They share daughter Ava and son Deacon, now 21.
