Blake Lively Sparks Explosive Legal Battle: Dragging Scooter Braun Into Justin Baldoni Fight!

Blake Lively’s legal team intends to subpoena Scooter Braun as she moves forward with her sexual harassment lawsuit against Justin Baldoni.

The HYPE America CEO is expected to be served with the subpoena on Thursday. The actress’s lawyers aim to investigate what Braun’s entertainment company possesses regarding PR crisis manager Melissa Nathan, who was hired by Baldoni amid rumors of a feud with Lively last August, according to Deadline.

A court hearing is scheduled for March 2026.

Representatives for Lively, Braun, and Baldoni did not immediately comment on the case.

Nathan was named as a co-defendant in Lively’s December 2024 suit, where she alleges Baldoni sexually harassed her and coordinated a smear campaign to damage her career.

Baldoni hired Nathan last August amid allegations that he made Lively uncomfortable during filming for “It Ends With Us”. Rumors also claimed he fat-shamed Lively by asking a trainer about her weight.

According to Deadline, Braun will be served the subpoena on Thursday. Reps for Braun did not respond immediately.

Nathan was accused of being part of a campaign to destroy Lively’s reputation, and a text message thread from Baldoni’s team suggested they wanted to “bury” Lively, to which another studio rep responded, “We can bury anyone.”

Baldoni’s team responded that he hired Nathan after Lively allegedly made multiple demands not to promote the film or show up to set.

Supporters of Baldoni dismissed the accusations, with one describing them as “shameful” and “categorically false.”

Baldoni filed a countersuit in January, but it was dismissed, and his team plans to amend the lawsuit.
