Vance Warns Trump Might Act to End Iranian Enrichment—But Foreign Entanglement Could Be a Risk!
WASHINGTON — Vice President JD Vance indicated Tuesday that President Trump might take additional steps to halt Iranian nuclear enrichment. However, he emphasized that those concerned about increased “foreign entanglements” should trust the President’s judgment as he manages the Israel-Iran situation.
Vance, known for his non-interventionist stance, affirmed that Trump holds the ultimate authority on military involvement. He pointed out that Trump has been consistently opposed to Iran’s nuclear development for over a decade.
Vance praised Trump’s restraint, stating, “The president has shown remarkable restraint, focusing on protecting our troops and citizens,” in a comprehensive post on X.

Vance added, “He might decide more action is necessary to stop Iran’s nuclear activities. That decision is ultimately the president’s. People are justified in their concerns about foreign entanglements given past foreign policies.”
He continued, “However, I trust the president’s intentions. From close experience, I know he aims to use the military solely to serve American interests. Whatever course he chooses, that remains his priority.”
Trump has criticized critics on the right who question his strategy after Israel’s recent strikes on Iran’s nuclear sites and military officials. The President dismissed media personality Tucker Carlson’s claim that an invasion would spell the “end of the American empire” and “end Trump’s presidency,” calling Carlson “kooky.”
