MAGA Stars & Megyn Kelly Clash Over Epstein Files

Controversy Surrounds Attorney General Pam Bondi Over Epstein Files

A growing group of MAGA supporters, including former Fox News host Megyn Kelly, are calling for the resignation of US Attorney General Pam Bondi amid intense debate over the Jeffrey Epstein case. Kelly criticized Bondi during a recent event, accusing her of misleading the public and avoiding accountability, despite President Trump’s backing of Bondi.

Kelly took to social media to express her dissatisfaction, stating, “She repeatedly misled on Epstein. Then didn’t have the courage to explain herself. Suddenly, she’s camera shy & no Qs allowed. Good luck!” She further speculated that there are only two possibilities: either Bondi was misinformed, or there’s a cover-up at play, possibly directed by higher-ups.

In February, Bondi’s office shared some Epstein files with MAGA influencers, but critics argued most of the documents had been previously available. She also responded to questions about a list of Epstein’s clients, indicating that she was reviewing the entire paperwork related to Epstein, a point later clarified by the White House.

President Trump has maintained his support for Bondi, which has led to internal tensions within the administration. Kelly, who has longstanding connections to figures like Dan Bongino, criticized Trump for not focusing on the Epstein scandal, which she believes could become a significant issue for him.

Analysts like Steve Bannon suggest that the DOJ and FBI need a deep overhaul rather than resignations, emphasizing that Epstein’s case is a crucial key to exposing larger issues. Meanwhile, Tucker Carlson has claimed that the current DOJ “is covering up serious crimes by their own description.”

Under mounting pressure, Bondi has stayed largely silent, while Trump defended her publicly. He accused opponents of unfairly attacking Bondi and criticized the media and political figures from previous administrations for creating or leaking documents meant to tarnish his administration.
