Tom Brady was seen enjoying the Club World Cup final from a luxury suite alongside Donald Trump, as Chelsea secured a 3-0 victory over PSG. Prior to the match, the NFL star walked along the sideline at MetLife Stadium with Patriots owner Robert Kraft and Fanatics founder Michael Rubin. At one point, he joined Trump in his suite, engaging in conversation, with the President visible in the background.

Brady’s relationship with Trump has been a topic of discussion in past years. In 2015, a “Make America Great Again” hat was spotted in his locker, and he described Trump as a “good friend” during an interview, though he chose not to publicly endorse him. In 2022, Brady mentioned that they had not spoken in several years and that their relationship had been mischaracterized by the media.

During the game, Brady sat next to Rubin and watched Chelsea dominate the first half with goals from Cole Palmer and Joao Pedro. Trump’s Marine One helicopter arrived at nearby Teterboro Airport, after which he traveled by motorcade to East Rutherford to attend with first lady Melania Trump. Trump was also observed watching the match alongside FIFA president Gianni Infantino, while Brady was captured in conversations with both Trump and Melania.

Other notable attendees included Donald Jr. and his girlfriend Bettina Anderson, as well as Jared Kushner. Brady’s attendance came amid rumors of a summer romance with actress Sofia Vergara, with whom he was previously seen aboard a luxury yacht off the Italian coast following the wedding of Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez.

Sources revealed that Brady had specifically requested to sit next to Vergara during dinner on the yacht, and they spent time together in Ibiza afterward. However, reports later clarified that they are not officially dating, as Brady prefers to remain single. Brady divorced Gisele Bundchen in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage, while Vergara is also single following her divorce from Joe Manganiello in 2024.
