Real Housewives icons Teddi Mellencamp and Erika Jayne have publicly supported Denise Richards during her contentious divorce from Aaron Phypers. The pair criticized Phypers after he filed for divorce, revealing tensions surrounding his claims in the legal process.

During their podcast, Diamonds in the Rough, Mellencamp remarked on the surprising nature of the divorce, referencing Richards’ own words from a past reality show where she stated she believed in never divorcing. Mellencamp noted, “She said she’d never believe in divorce, and then he filed on July 4th.”

The women also pointed out that Phypers is requesting spousal support and has alleged that he and Denise have no children together, despite Eloise Richards having lived with them since the couple’s marriage in 2018. Jayne expressed frustration, calling him “a d*ck,” and suspecting his motives are financial, saying, “It’s because he doesn’t want to pay her anything.”
