During a visit to his former show, Live, Ryan Seacrest opened up about his personal life, including the reasons he believes he will never walk down the aisle. While discussing his career, Seacrest also touched on his experiences with relationships and recent life choices.

Host Mark Consuelos remarked on a past moment where Seacrest almost got married, noting his role officiating a friend’s wedding. Ryan shared that this was the closest he’s come to tying the knot, revealing he took an online class to become an ordained minister for the occasion. He admitted it was an unfamiliar and nerve-wracking experience for him.

As the conversation shifted to the topic of marriage, Seacrest reflected on his age—set to turn 50 in December—and shared his thoughts on the subject. “At this age, if I got married, it’s like I’d die soon, so what’s the point?” he said, with Consuelos joking back, “You’ve got a good 17 years left.”

Seacrest also commented on how he perceives time in marriage, jokingly asking if it speeds up or slows down. Kelly Ripa added that statistically, women who are single and childless tend to live longer, while men without partners or children might not.

Ryan, in a lighthearted gesture, patted Ripa’s leg and remarked, “Let’s make sure we spend some quality time together,” prompting her to laugh. His romantic past includes a private relationship with model Aubrey Paige Petcosky from 2021 to 2024, along with past datings that include actresses and models like Hilary Cruz, Shayna Taylor, Julianne Hough, Jasmine Waltz, and Shana Wall.
