Georgia T:e:e:n Sarah Grace Patrick Postings TikToks After Parents’ Murder for Sympathy

Teenager in Georgia Arrested for Fatal Shooting of Parents

A 17-year-old girl has been taken into custody following the murder of her mother and stepfather in their home. The girl, Sarah Grace Patrick, allegedly shot Kristen Brock, 41, and James Brock, 45, while they were sleeping. Their bodies were found in bed by their young daughter, and Patrick was the one who contacted emergency services.

Before her arrest, Patrick posted a series of ominous TikTok videos mourning her parents and seeking sympathy. She expressed feelings of homesickness and grief, sharing images of her family and lamenting lost future opportunities, such as graduation and marriage. Her account, @sgrace04282, has since been deleted.

In a surprising development, Patrick reached out to a well-known true crime TikToker to discuss her parents’ deaths. The TikToker shared that Patrick asked her to cover the case, which caused concern given that Patrick was later charged with the murders. Messages indicate that Patrick claimed she did not hear anything unusual the night of the incident, apart from her stepfather’s heart monitor alarm, which she said blended into background noise.

Patrick turned herself in at the Carroll County jail following her arrest. Authorities confirmed her identity and charges, which include two counts of murder and two counts of assault with a deadly weapon. She will be tried as an adult, facing a potential life sentence without parole if convicted.
