Details of the Divorce Between Denise Richards and Aaron Phypers

According to court filings, Aaron Phypers has claimed that his estranged wife, Denise Richards, earns over $250,000 monthly through her OnlyFans account, TV appearances, and brand endorsements. In contrast, Phypers, who is self-employed, reported no income since closing his wellness business in 2024.

He broke down their monthly household expenses during their separation, revealing a total of $105,000. This includes $25,000 for food, $20,000 for clothing, and $18,000 for rent, excluding utility costs of $8,000, $5,000 for maintenance and repairs, and $5,000 for cleaning services. Their communication and transportation costs add another $2,000.

Phypers stated they spend around $10,000 on groceries and household supplies, $15,000 on dining out, and another $15,000 on entertainment, gifts, and vacations. Childcare expenses are listed at $7,000, while the couple reportedly did not allocate funds toward insurance, savings, investments, or charitable donations.

The separation was initiated on July 4, based on irreconcilable differences, with Phypers requesting spousal support. He also proposed a 50/50 split of their joint business, Smoke & Mirrors Entertainment. No comments from Richards’s representatives have been made at this time.
