Page Six has learned that Dr. Lenny Hochstein and his intermittent fiancée, Katharina Mazepa, ended their relationship a few months ago.

“After an important chapter, I’ve decided to end our engagement and return the ring,” Mazepa shared exclusively. She added that she “wasn’t asked to do so” but felt it was the right decision, emphasizing she “insisted” on ending things gracefully.

The 29-year-old Austrian model explained her decision as a quiet realization that love can evolve, and sometimes letting go with dignity is the best path forward.

Mazepa also mentioned she wishes Hochstein, 58, “peace and fulfillment” as they move forward separately.

She is now focused on her next chapter, centered on intention, independence, and presence.

Hochstein chose not to comment publicly on the breakup.

Hochstein initially proposed in July 2023 and then re-proposed in December 2024 after ending their first engagement.

Meanwhile, Lisa Hochstein, Lenny’s ex-wife, has claimed he cheated with Mazepa, though he maintains his innocence.
