Blake Lively’s Sister Robyn Sends Heartfelt Message to Actress After Justin Baldoni’s Dismissed Countersuit!
Robyn Lively Supports Blake Lively After Legal Victory
Blake Lively’s sister, Robyn, publicly expressed her love for the actress following Blake’s recent legal success.
On Tuesday, Blake, 37, shared several photos originally posted by Robyn, 57, via Instagram Stories. One featured a nostalgic childhood embrace between the sisters.
Robyn captioned a series of photos, starting with “I held you then…” alongside an old image of young Blake, and followed with a contemporary shot saying “…now,” showing both sisters smiling softly.
Robyn then posted a heartfelt message: “No one knows you quite like I do, and man am I ever proud of you. I love you sister.”
Blake responded with her own loving message: “I love you more. Always. Forever. Near or far. Closer together.” She added a sweet heart sticker reading, “I love you so, so hard. Like the most. Ever.”
Legal Update
The support came shortly after a judge dismissed Justin Baldoni’s $400 million countersuit against Blake and Ryan Reynolds, along with a $250 million libel claim against the New York Times.
Judge Lewis Liman stated that Baldoni had not sufficiently alleged responsibility beyond Blake’s protected civil rights complaint.
Blake’s legal team described the verdict as a “total victory and a complete vindication”, emphasizing the lawsuit was “a sham.”
Baldoni’s lawyer responded that the case isn’t over, citing plans to revise some claims and continue fighting, specifically about accusations of sexual misconduct and defamation.
In December, Blake filed suit against Baldoni for sexual harassment and related claims, to which he responded with a $400 million defamation countersuit and a $250 million libel action.
Blake consistently denies wrongdoing, claiming Baldoni tried to manipulate her directorial role.
