Jennifer Lopez & Ben Affleck’s New Business Move After Divorce

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck Withdraw Their $68 Million Los Angeles Home from Sale

Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have decided to take their $68 million marital estate off the market after finalizing their divorce. The couple previously listed the Beverly Hills mansion in June 2024 but struggled to find a buyer, leading them to withdraw it from sale.

An insider explained that although they hoped to sell the property, they were reluctant to accept a significant loss. To increase interest, they lowered the price to $59.95 million, but when interest remained low, they were advised to pull it from the market altogether. The decision was described as a mutual business choice, especially given the challenging real estate market for such high-end properties.

Initially, the couple attempted to sell the estate privately in June 2024 before listing it publicly in July, but even after reducing the price, the home remained unsold. Consequently, they opted to remove it from the market during a seller’s downturn in the luxury real estate segment.

Lopez filed for divorce from Affleck in August 2024, though the separation had been ongoing since April. Their divorce was officially finalized in January.

While Lopez purchased a new home in Los Angeles for $18 million earlier in March, Affleck has bought a new mansion in Pacific Palisades near his children, whom he shares with ex-wife Jennifer Garner. The separation marks a new chapter for both stars, who are focusing on their individual lives amid their split.
