Shocking insiders reveal RHONY cast’s shocking reaction to Brynn Whitfield’s sudden exit!
Brynn Whitfield’s fellow cast members on “The Real Housewives of New York City” reportedly feel relieved about her departure, according to a source spoken to exclusively by Page Six.
“Most of the women have distanced themselves from Brynn, and the general sentiment was a relief to know she won’t be returning,” the insider shares.
“Regardless of their own status on the show, they’re happy she’s dropped her apple. They’re wary of filming with her again after the chaos she caused last season.”
On her Instagram Story, Whitfield announced her decision to step away from reality TV after participating in two seasons of the show.
“Last week, Hoppy — the dating app I co-founded and now serve as Chief Marketing Officer — reached a major milestone in downloads,” she shared.
“I can’t even describe how surreal this feels. My focus now is to grow Hoppy into the leading dating app worldwide.”
Her exit follows the dramatic Season 15 finale, which saw a fallout between Whitfield and her co-stars after she accused Ubah Hassan, 41, of calling her a “whore,” despite Whitfield being a survivor of sexual assault.
Whitfield had claimed she confided in Hassan about her past sexual trauma, which Hassan denied, sparking a heated debate and cast division.
Later, the show was put on hold, with reports indicating Bravo intended to retool the franchise and possibly launch a revamped series with new cast members, as confirmed by Andy Cohen, who revealed discussions with potential new Housewives.
