David Beador Files for Restraining Order Against Estranged Wife
David Beador has officially requested a restraining order against his wife, Lesley Beador, amid allegations of domestic violence. Court documents reveal that David accused Lesley of physical abuse on multiple occasions and described her as a “pathological liar.”
In his petition filed on June 17, David claims that Lesley physically attacked him during an argument on June 11, gouging his arm severely. He also alleges she shoved her fingers in his mouth, accused him of biting her, and slapped him repeatedly. Following this incident, Lesley allegedly accused David of being gay, which he denies.
The couple shares a 4-year-old daughter, Anna Love. As part of the court order, Lesley is required to stay 100 yards away from David, his residence, and workplace, with exceptions only for custody exchanges involving Anna. She has also been ordered to vacate David’s Newport Beach home.
In court documents, David also accused Lesley of marrying him for money, claiming she made this intention clear to him, and calling her a “pathological liar” willing to state anything under penalty of perjury to benefit herself.
Lesley filed her own temporary restraining order against David in September 2024, alleging verbal abuse and harassment in front of their children. She expressed fear of David’s unpredictable meltdowns, which she said cause her to live in constant worry.
David responded by accusing Lesley of extortion, stating that her complaints stem from his decision to cancel her credit card. The court’s decision mandates that Lesley keeps a 100-foot distance from David and his home, except during custody exchanges.
David was previously married to “Real Housewives of Orange County” star Shannon Beador for 17 years. The divorce was finalized in 2017, and they share three daughters. His current relationship with Lesley began in October 2020 when she was pregnant with their daughter.
