Amanda Batula & Kyle Cooke Did Not Sign a Prenup!
Amanda Batula Reflects on Not Signing a Prenuptial Agreement
Amanda Batula has opened up about a significant mistake she regrets: not securing a prenuptial agreement before marrying her husband, Kyle Cooke. During her appearance on Jason Tartick’s “Trading Secrets” podcast, she admitted, “I messed up major.”
Initially, Batula avoided signing a prenup because she associated it with divorce and messy breakups, influenced by movies and tabloids from her youth. She explained, “It was connected to divorce, and it always felt so messy. We didn’t sign one because it didn’t feel like a smart decision.”
Batula emphasized the importance of prenuptial agreements, urging others to consider signing one: “Everyone should sign a prenup to protect their assets. You have no idea what will happen.” She likened it to health insurance—more about security than preparing for divorce. “It’s not because you’re planning to split, but in case something unforeseen occurs.”
Married in September 2021 after over six years together, the couple has navigated split rumors and personal struggles while filming their reality show. Recently, they reaffirmed their commitment, sharing that their relationship is more solid than ever.
Beyond their personal life, Batula has pursued her own business ventures, including launching a swimsuit line and collaborating with her husband on his alcohol brand, Loverboy. Her success in her own pursuits has grown since her marriage.
She reflected that her biggest deal was with Face Realty, a skincare brand for acne-prone skin, aligning with her own experiences of battling breakouts. When asked if her financial success increased after marriage, Batula humorously responded, “I should have protected my assets.”
