Jamie Vardy vacationing in Portugal with former Leicester teammates

In a recent gathering in Portugal, former Leicester City players Jamie Vardy, Harry Maguire, and James Maddison enjoyed a family holiday together in the Algarve region.

Vardy’s wife, Rebekah, shared a group photo taken at a beachside restaurant called Maria’s, a popular spot renowned for its scenic sunset views.

Vardy, who recently ended a 13-year stint with Leicester after announcing his departure as a free agent, marked his final game by scoring his 200th goal for the club in a 2-0 victory over Ipswich Town. His departure came following a challenging season that ended with the club’s relegation to the Championship.

During the trip, the group appeared relaxed and cheerful, sharing drinks and enjoying their time together.

Maguire and Vardy played together for Leicester during the 2017-2019 seasons, contributing significantly to the club’s notable Premier League victory in 2016. Maddison, who spent five years playing alongside Vardy before transferring to Tottenham, also joined the reunion.

Vardy remains active in football, scoring nine league goals last season and considering new offers. Among potential clubs are Rangers and Wrexham, with a move to Major League Soccer also being considered.
