Burglary at Brad Pitt’s Los Angeles Home

Brad Pitt’s mansion in Los Feliz was broken into by intruders. According to police reports, a team of three suspects managed to scale a fence and shatter a front window around 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, gaining entry to the property. The thieves fled the scene with an unspecified amount of valuables.

The Los Angeles Police Department stated the residence was “ransacked,” but did not disclose if Pitt or other residents were present during the incident. Fortunately, Pitt was not home at the time and is currently promoting his film, attending events across London, Mexico, and New York.

The actor acquired this property in April 2023 from oil heiress Aileen Getty, after which Getty purchased Pitt’s previous Los Feliz residence for $33 million. His current home, known as “The Steel House,” features solar panels, an outdoor pool, a sauna, and over 2,000 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, set amidst lush greenery.

In the same neighborhood, Pitt’s ex-wife Angelina Jolie is also a resident, with their children often seen in the area. In an unrelated event, Pitt’s former wife Jennifer Aniston faced a security scare at her Bel-Air estate in May when a man crashed his vehicle through her gates. The individual, identified as Jimmy Wayne Carwyle, was arrested for felony vandalism, with Aniston reportedly at home during the incident.
