On May 17, Dziedzic reportedly fled a three-car collision on the North Freeway before being stopped nearby. Officers approached his SUV in a parking lot to investigate, asking about the accident and his intentions, as seen in the footage.

The officers asked, “Were you involved in an accident?” to which Dziedzic responded, “No.” When asked if he intended to provide his information, he replied, “No,” leading officers to instruct him to step out of the vehicle.
