Gavin Newsom Calls Joe Rogan a ‘Son of a Bitch’ & Asks for an Invite

California Governor Gavin Newsom Calls Out Joe Rogan and Seeks Podcast Appearance

California Governor Gavin Newsom expressed his frustration during an appearance on the YouTube show Higher Learning, seeking an invitation to appear on Joe Rogan’s podcast. He criticized Rogan for recent comments labeling him a “bulls–t artist” and accusing him of damaging California’s reputation.

Newsom launched a direct attack, questioning why Rogan refuses to have him on the show. “He won’t invite me. It’s one-sided — he hosts guests who attack and criticize, but he won’t give me a chance,” he lamented. The governor also claimed, “I’m not afraid to confront Rogan. I’m punching Joe Rogan, that son of a bitch isn’t used to that,” emphasizing his willingness to speak out.

He highlighted Rogan’s past criticisms, noting that Rogan dismisses his challenges with laughter, and questioned whether Rogan would ever consider having him as a guest. “He’ll probably laugh it off, but I wonder if he’ll actually invite me on,” Newsom said.

During the interview, Newsom also remarked on his unique position, saying, “I’m the only governor who can claim this. I’ve got a lot of s–t for it,” which prompted a host to comment on his language. Newsom jokingly responded, “I start with Joe Rogan, so I might as well start cursing,” highlighting his fiery tone.

Additionally, Newsom criticized his own party, questioning the lack of mobilization among Democrats. “Where is the Democratic Party? Where’s our version of Turning Point USA? Nowhere,” he said, urging more activism and engagement among his supporters.
