Dele Alli Exercises Again After Release from Italian Club

Dele Alli has resumed training following his departure from Como, a club he joined earlier this year. Once a prominent figure in the Premier League, Alli’s brief stint in Serie A was short-lived; he made only a single appearance before being sent off and subsequently had his contract terminated by mutual agreement.

Como’s management stated, “Dele Alli and the club have mutually agreed to end his contract. Alli sought regular playing time, which was not available, leading to this decision ahead of the transfer window closing. We thank him for his contributions and wish him future success.”

Once targeting a spot in next year’s World Cup, Alli now finds himself at a crossroads in his career. He remains optimistic, sharing footage of his training sessions on social media, showcasing gym work, running, stretching, and ball drills.

Dele, 29, initially signed an 18-month contract with Como in January after leaving Everton. His debut in March was short-lived due to a red card incident, which marked the start of his challenges in Italy. Despite returning from injury, he was not included in the squad for the upcoming season.

Kimberly, known for her modeling career, revealed she wrote numerous songs about Alli, describing her recent studio work as inspired by their three-year relationship, which ended earlier this year.
