Minnesota Man, 22, Charged with T:e:e:n Assaults While Posing as High School Student

Murder Arrest of 22-Year-Old Man Posing as Student at Minnesota High School

A 22-year-old man who impersonated a high school student has been accused of sexually assaulting several teenage classmates at White Bear Lake High School in Minnesota. Authorities revealed that Kelvin Luebke allegedly used a false identity to enroll at the school, where he posed as a senior for 19 days.

Multiple parents reported that Luebke, who was also seen on the school’s football roster, engaged in inappropriate conduct, including sending and receiving nude photos with female students. A school resource officer is investigating claims that Luebke received explicit images from a female student via social media. Many students report that he was texting and messaging them during his time at the school.

Officials obtained a search warrant to examine Luebke’s phone in light of these allegations. Court records also indicate that Luebke has prior convictions for traffic violations and disorderly conduct. A parent identified him after recognizing his mugshot online, leading to the discovery of his false identity and enrollment.

Superintendent Dr. Wayne Kazmierczak confirmed that Luebke enrolled as a homeless, unaccompanied youth, claiming to be 18 years old with a legitimate-looking birth certificate from another country. The school believed his documents to be authentic, with official watermarking and stamps, and did not suspect fraud at the time.

The community was shaken upon learning that an adult had posed as a student and mingled with teenagers. One distraught mother expressed her fear, questioning how Luebke was able to access the school environment and put children at risk.

Following his arrest on an unrelated warrant last month, Luebke was released from Washington County Jail. Authorities are still examining potential charges related to the sexual assault allegations, which have not yet been officially filed.
