Vinicius Apologizes for Messaging Another Model Behind His Partner’s Back

Real Madrid star Vinicius has issued a heartfelt apology to Brazilian influencer Virginia Fonseca after she discovered he had been communicating privately with another woman. The 2024 Ballon d’Or contender expressed a desire to rebuild trust, requesting a fresh start built on honesty, affection, and respect.

Vinicius described Virginia as an “admirable mother” and emphasized the respect he has for her, highlighting her efforts to visit him in Madrid and the genuine connection they shared, even before officially becoming a couple. He admitted his mistake, acknowledging he was careless and failed to respond appropriately.

The apology came after Brazilian model Day Magalhaes shared messages demonstrating ongoing conversations with the footballer since May, revealing that Vinicius had been messaging her behind Virginia’s back. Virginia, who traveled to watch Vinicius play, confirmed she had ended her communication with him following the revelations.

In his public apology on Instagram Stories, Vinicius reflected on the importance of respect and transparency in a relationship. He wrote:

“We all go through moments that make us reflect and grow. Recently, I experienced a situation that made me realize attitudes I don’t want to embody. Virginia is an incredible woman, an admirable mother, and someone I respect deeply.”

He also mentioned how Virginia has supported him, attending several of his matches, and expressed remorse for his actions.

Virginia shared photos of herself wearing a Real Madrid jersey at the weekend game against Villarreal, captioning it “Hala Madrid,” signaling her support and possibly her uncertain stance on the relationship’s future.

Meanwhile, Magalhaes confirmed she had not been blocked by Vinicius on social media and admitted she was with him when his relationship with Virginia was beginning. She continued to answer fans’ questions about her connection with the footballer.

Vinicius recently scored twice in Madrid’s win and continues to be linked with several women, with reports indicating a total of eight rumors, including models Victoria Ruiz and Isabella Ladera.
