She shared a series of photos on TikTok titled “A Day in My Life Now,” highlighting her healing process. In one photo, she thanked Neild for preparing her breakfast, which included cereal and coffee, writing, “Breakfast made with extra love…by you know who,” accompanied by a laughing emoji.

Last week, Gosselin sustained a tibial plateau fracture after her dog accidentally ran into her during park play, prompting her hospital stay. She underwent surgery involving plates and pins and was discharged on October 2.

This year, Gosselin revealed she has been in a new relationship for approximately 14 to 15 months. Although she did not disclose her partner’s identity during her TikTok, sources confirm that Neild, her former bodyguard, is her new partner, and they are now living together.

Sources close to Gosselin share that their relationship is serious, with wedding plans reportedly in the works. An insider mentioned, “They have discussed wedding plans and moving forward to that next stage.” Kate has expressed strong feelings for Neild, reflecting the depth of their relationship.
