Kelley Wolf Shares Rehab Plans Amid Divorce Drama with Scott
Kelley Wolf to Enter Rehabilitation Following Arrest
Kelley Wolf, known for her appearance on The Real World: New Orleans, is planning to check into a treatment facility following her recent arrest. During her arraignment on September 12, the 48-year-old revealed her intentions to enter rehab, explaining to the court that she had informed all necessary parties.
She shared her enthusiasm about the process, stating she is “excited” and expressed confidence in the facility, which she recommended as a mental health professional. Kelley is scheduled to spend about a month there, and her brother will assist with her transportation.
Authorities did not specify the particular center. Kelley added she is “looking forward to it” and is optimistic about the potential benefits.
Currently, she faces three misdemeanor charges related to incidents on August 25 and 26, including harassment and the disclosure of personal information. She gained media attention after posting a series of Instagram Stories, one of which shared her estranged husband’s phone number, leading to her arrest. Following her detainment, she posted about feeling “confused” and “scared.”
The former MTV personality was held at Summit County Jail in Utah for two days before being released. Her estranged husband, Scott Wolf, with whom she shares three children—Jackson, 16, Miller, 12, and Lucy, 11—is in the midst of a contentious separation. He filed for divorce in June and obtained a temporary protective order that bans Kelley from contacting him and the children.
Scott has sole custody of the children for now, and Kelley is required to stay at least 300 feet away from them. She is also prohibited from threatening or committing violence and from consuming alcohol or drugs until her next court hearing scheduled for September 10.
Scott, who married Kelley in 2004, previously had a restraining order against her but dropped it earlier this summer. Despite the ongoing divorce proceedings, he publicly stated that the children’s well-being remains his top priority amidst escalating tensions.
